| 随着住宅研究在20世纪后期更全面地转向非乡土语境，在研究中出现了一种建筑形式与家庭生活之间、外壳与内容之间的张力，一种“统治与抵抗的范式”：一方面把墙外的建筑形式看作经济和政治力量的影响范围，对建筑外壳、社区形式的研究较多地参与到更宏观语境的讨论中；另一方面又把墙内个体化的空间实践看作对统治模式的抵制与反抗，对内部空间、家庭生活的研究更多地把分离、附着、流动之特性作为主角，与消费、女性等主题紧密地关联在一起。这种分野，提出了现代生活全面展开之后个体家庭值得关注的一种困境。 |

| As the studies of dwellings turn to look at the industrial and postindustrial society in late 20th century, a certain tension between built form and the life it accommodates, between the shell and its contents emerges. On one hand, studies on built forms and communities are carried out within the wider context of economic and political forces. On the other hand, studies on space practice of individual families behind the doors, which focus on materially attachments, detachments and flows, are closely related to the themes such as consumption and gender. This differentiation implies a difficult position of individual families after the spreading of modern life, which deserves more attention. |
