| 中日住宅建筑工业化经历了相似的发展时段，但发展途径和模式却有很大差别。文章围绕中日住宅建筑工业化的技术体系，从技术理念、技术政策以及技术实施三个方面进行比较分析，揭示建筑工业化技术体系的内在影响因素与作用规律。通过中日比较研究提出支撑住宅技术路径选择的关键要素，面对信息时代中国住宅工业化发展的问题和挑战，探讨适合我国新型住宅工业化发展的途径与模式，并从技术理念、技术政策以及技术实施三个层面提出发展策略。 |

| The residential industrialization of China and Japan experienced a similar development path, but the modes of development were quite different. Focusing on the technical system of residential building industrialization between China and Japan, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the technical concept, technical policy and technical implementation, and reveals the internal influencing factors and functional laws of the technical system of architectural industrialization. Through the comparative study between China and Japan, this paper puts forward the key elements of supporting housing technology path selection, and in the face of the problems and challenges of China’s housing industrialization development in the information age, probes into the paths and modes suitable for the development of China’s new-type housing industrialization. And from the technology concept, technology policy and technology implementation three levels put forward the development strategy. |
