| 本文围绕如何设计模版与调控配比这两个角度，梳理了自法兰克林街25号公寓建成至今的时间段内，混凝土
技术在建筑领域的更替与性能变化。以此为基础，全面汇总并介绍了建筑师在不同时期如何通过对二者的深度设计
来控制建筑最终呈现的方式以及背后的技术逻辑。最后从实践的角度，借混凝土这种最经典的建筑材料来讨论建筑
技术之于设计的关系。 |

| This article focuses on the two points of how to design the template and the control ratio, and combs
the replacement and performance changes of concrete technology in the construction field in the period of time
since the completion of No. 25 Franklin Street. Based on this, a comprehensive summary and introduction of how
the architect can control the final presentation of the building through the in-depth design of the two in different
periods and the technical logic behind it. Finally, from a practical point of view, the most classic building material,
concrete, is used to discuss the relationship between building technology and design. |
