| 本文以美国尤其是加州历史上的重大生态事件和生态文明意识的发展为时间线，探讨美国公众、专家以及政府
对生态事件的应对。在此背景下，结合尔湾新城的城市规划史料和文献资料，探讨其城市规划过程中针对生态问题的
具体策略；采用ArcGIS软件作为工具，进行样本的机器学习和模式识别，对尔湾新城的卫星遥感影像进行处理，对
其目前的地表景观构成的空间表征分类状况和总体状况进行可视化、定量化解析，把握其构成规律。该研究成果既
用以拓展研究深度，又有助于今后制定我国的生态城市规划策略。 |

| Based on major historical ecological events and ecological civilization consciousness development in the
United States, especially in California, this article explores the reaction of public, researchers and the government
towards ecological events. Along with the historical materials and documents in Irvine city, the detailed strategy
for ecological problem in urban planning is discussed. Using ArcGIS tool to implement sample machine learning
and pattern classification, this article processes the satellite images of Irvine new urban area, analyzes the classification and general status of its spatial representation visually and quantitatively. The conclusion could explore the
depth of research and provide help for the future ecological civilization construction strategy in our country. |
