| 慎昌洋行是中国近代出现的西方现代工业机械进口商和工业承包商。1906年由丹麦商人马易尔（Vilhelm Meyer）等在上海创立，1915年改组为美资公司。该洋行大量引进欧美，尤其是美国的工业机械，并通过系统化的组织机构将机械设备选型、安装、运行与营建设计结合在一起，对中国近代电力、纺织、面粉等工业的现代化发挥了十分重要的作用。与此同时，慎昌洋行倡导在工业建筑中采用钢筋混凝土结构，也是钢结构技术的重要引入者，其建筑实践推动了中国近代工业建筑技术的发展。通过梳理慎昌洋行的发展历史，探讨了该行工业设计体系的形成及特点，认为其建筑实践是中国现代建筑运动的一部分。 |

| Anderson, Meyers ＆ Co.Ltd is a Western modern industrial machinery importer and industrial contractor appeared in modern China.It was,in 1906,established by the Danish businessman Vilhelm Meyer in Shanghai,and was reorganized into an American company in 1915.It imported a large number of industrial machinery from Western countries, especially the United States , and combined mechanical equipment selection, installation, operation and construction design together through a systematic organization, which played a very important role in the modernization of Chinese electric power, textile, fl our and other industries.At the same time, Anderson,Meyers ＆ Co.Ltd advocated the use of reinforced concrete structure in industrial buildings, but also an important introducer of steel structure technology, whose architectural practice promoted the development of industrial construction technologies in modern China.By combing the development history of Meyers ＆ Co.Ltd, this paper discusses the formation and characteristics of the industrial design system, and thinks that its architectural practice is part of the modern architecture movement in China. |
