| As a well-known British architect of 20thcentury, Giles Gilbert Scott plays an important role in history of British industrial architecture.By introducing Scott’s industrial buildings, the paper reviews the developing venation of industrial architecture in UK, discusses the artistic achievement, historical status and effect of Scott’s industrial works, and analyzes historical and social background of Scott’s works.It also cards the situation on protection and utilization of industrial architecture heritages in UK. |
