| 基于住建部课题“充分发挥注册建筑师在建筑工程项目中的主导作用”的研究，对中国注册建筑师在“责、权、利”方面的相关问题进行辨析。通过现状调研聚焦建筑师执业范围、“责、权、利”具体内容、设计收费与周期、法律责任与风险防范等问题，并将境外先进做法与国内进行比对研究，在设计责任认定、监理权责、施工控制、建筑师权益等方面寻找他山之石，最后形成推进中国注册建筑师“责权利一体化”的几点建议。 |

| Based on the research forLeading Role of the Registered Architect in Construction Projectof Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of PRC, the paper analyzes the related problems of Responsibility, Rights and Benefit of Chinese registered architects.Through investigation and research, the paper focuses on the scope of practice of the architect, the specific contents of Responsibility, Rights and Benefit, design fee and cycle, legal responsibility and risk prevention, etc.By comparing overseas advanced experience with domestic situation, we look for reference in terms of design responsibility identification, responsibility of supervision, construction control, and architect’s rights and benefit.Finally, it forms some suggestions for promotingthe Integration of Responsibility, Rights and Benefitof Chinese registered architects. |
