| Creative Structural Engineers are such valuable engineers that creative architects expect to collaborate with in China. Through the cooperation with excellent architects such as Liu Yichun, Zhu Xiaofeng, and Shui Yanfei, structural engineer Zhang Zhun demonstrated the structural innovation ability to aid architectural design. He showed his creativity when designing Long Museum and Rihui Harbor Bridge. Before this phase, Zhang Zhuan’s education and professional experience became an interesting topic to discuss. This phase was the process of Zhang Zhun’s transformation from a traditional structural engineer to a creative structural engineer. After this time benchmark, Zhang Zhun tried to expand his ability of structural innovation through more aspects. Zhang Zhuan’s change may provide an example for traditional structural engineers to change and a reference for creative architects to cooperate with. |
