| 建筑史学家单士元（1907～1998）自故宫博物院成立一直在院供职，长达74年，是国内档案目录学科的奠基人，也是故宫古建保护管理的先驱者。同时在建筑史学研究、古建遗产保护、高校建筑教育方面均作出突出贡献。本文采用文献档案与口述历史结合的研究方法，分析单老学术背景，客观评述单老在建筑史学研究、遗产保护等领域作出的卓越贡献，揭示其“沟通儒匠”的实践理路和“学术乃天下公器”的思想情怀。 |

| Shan Shiyuan, a Chinese architectural historian worked in the Palace Museum for 74 years since it established. He was the founder of the study of archives bibliography in China and the administration of ancient architecture conservation of Palace Museum. Remarkable achievements were made by him in the architectural history study, the conservation of architectural heritages and architecture education in universities. Both the literature research and oral history were adopted in this paper. It analysis Shan Shiyuan’s academic background, reviews his outstanding contribution on the architectural history study and architectural heritage conservation and reveals his thoughts of “Combining RuJiang” and “academic is owned in common to the world”. |
