| 绿色建筑的快速发展，使得对绿色建筑评价体系的研究也越来越受到关注。由于评价体系之间存在各种各样
的差异，因此本文采用比较研究的方法，在对2006 年至今的134篇文献的研究思路、方法进行全面综述和综合分
析的基础上，从评价形式、体系构成、相关信息三个方面进行了比较研究论述，并指出未来研究发展的四个趋势。本
文的研究成果为指导新评价体系的建立和对既有评价体系的修订完善具有一定的参考价值。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Green building evaluation systems have attracted much attention as the development of green building.
For the various differences between evaluation systems around the world, this paper conducts comparative
research and discussion from three aspects: evaluation forms, system composition and related information based
on comprehensive review and analysis of the research ideas and methods of 134 related literature from 2006 to
today. And fi nally, it pointed out four trends of future research. The research results of this paper would be useful
to guide the establishment of new evaluation systems and the revision of existing evaluation systems. |
