| 格罗皮乌斯将“多样的统一性”（Einheit in der Vielfalt）视为包豪斯精神。多元的住宅类型和建造方式统一于 时代的主题。这一理念贯穿德国住宅发展的百年历史。本文以德国本土住宅为研究对象，首先阐述包豪斯形成背景 和国际建筑博览会（IBA）内涵，梳理20世纪之交的住宅特征。进而以四次国际建筑博览会的代表性项目为主线，剖 析其缘起背景和后续影响，总结阶段的时代主题—— 功能、技术、城市、生态，并指出共享是信息化时代住宅的 新主题，这对当下中国住宅发展亦有启示价值。 |

| Walter Gropius regarded “Unity in Diversity” as the spirit of Bauhaus. Diverse housing types and construction modes are unifi ed in the theme of the times. This concept has run through the century history of housing development in Germany. This paper takes German native housing as the research object, elaborates the background of Bauhaus as well as the meaning of International Building Exhibition (IBA), and sorts out the housing characteristics at the turn of the last century. Then take the representative projects of the four IBAs as the main clue, analyze its origin background and subsequent infl uence, for a summary of the themes of the times: function, technology, city, and ecology, and conclude the sharing as the new theme in the information age. This also contributes to the current development of Chinese housing. |
