| 绿色建筑概念和绿色建筑评估体系正深刻地影响着中国建筑行业的发展。为了获取绿色建筑认证，建筑设计中建筑师的工作方法和设计流程需要进行一定的调整和重塑。集成化设计流程被认为是最适宜绿色建筑的设计流程，是国内外的专家们针对绿色建筑设计目前面临的障碍所提出的相应的解决的方法。本研究在分析了集成化设计方法的特点及在绿色建设设计中的优越性的基础上，通过20个建筑师访谈，探讨了当前我国绿色建筑集成化设计的现状、困境及出路。集成化设计的四大特点是量化的建筑性能目标；多专家研讨会制度；模拟软件与各设计阶段的结合和绿色建筑的数据库。访谈的主要结论是目前中国绿色建筑急需转变的是建筑师的心态及传统的工作模式，推进这种改革最有效的方式是设置关注设计流程的绿色建筑评估系统，有意识地促进集成化设计流程的推广和普及。 |

| Green building concept and green building rating system are profoundly influencing the development of China’s construction industry. In order to obtain the green building certification, the architect’s working pattern and design process in the architectural design need to be adjusted and remodeled. Integrated design process is considered the most suitable green building design process around the world, it was proposed by the experts around the world for addressing the obstacles which green building design currently facing. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the integrated design process and the superiority in the green construction design, this paper discusses the present situation, the predicament and the way out of the integrated design of the green building in China through 20 architects’ interviews. The four characteristics of integrated design are quantified architectural performance objectives, the multi-expert workshop, the combination of simulation software and various design stages, and the green building database. The main conclusion of the interview is that the mentality and the traditional work model of the Chinese architects are urgently need to be changed. The most effective way to promote this reform is to set up a green building rating system which focus on the design process to deliberately promote the popularity of integrated design process. |
