| 达拉斯政府在街区保护层面，根据建筑历史价值和街区整体风貌特色，建立了与其自身发展相契合的保留街区和历史街区两种保护更新制度，使城市风貌特色得以完整延续。文章首先梳理了达拉斯城市街区发展背景和历程。其次，以达拉斯1988年建立的第一个保留街区“国王大道”为研究对象，从成立社区协会、整合土地重新区划、明确街区建筑风格特色、制定各类建筑保护更新指导方针、公众参与等方面具体阐述其保护更新的方法。最后总结出国王大道保留街区保护更新经验对我国相关实践的启示。 |

| According to the historical value of the building and the overall appearance of the district, the Dallas government has established two protection and renewal systems at the neighborhood level which are Conservation District and Historic District fitting the city’s development to make the urban appearance are completely continued. The article firstly sorts out the development background and history of the Dallas city districts. Secondly, the article clarifies the method in protection and renewal of the King’s Highway, the first conservation district in Dallas, 1988, from the following aspects: establishing neighborhood association, integrating land and rezoning, defining the style of buildings, formulating various guidelines for buildings protection and updating, and public participation, and finally summarizes the enlightenment of the experience of protecting and renewing in King’s Highway Conservation District to our country’s practice. |
