| 在近年来中国近代建筑史研究和出版欣欣向荣的背景下，本文简要分析其成因，并尝试讨论若干使本领域
走向深入和深刻的可能。首先，以清华大学建筑系开设的中国近代建筑史课程为例，补充论述其教学现状及发掘
一手资料、发动多数学生开展普查和研究的重要性。此外，试从技术史、观念史和思想史等视角与方法，以及重
视1949年前后的断裂与接续问题两个方面论述可能的方向与方法。结论部分论述本领域研究的两个特点，指出
未来近代建筑史的生命力在于在艰苦、坚实的史料工作和案例研究基础上，能够衍生出多种多样的叙事方式和研
究范式。 |

| In the context of prosperous research and publications on modern Chinese architectural history in the
recent years, this paper explores possible ways to expand the field and complicate our understandings. First, it
introduces the semester-long class of Modern Chinese Architectural History at Tsinghua University, explicating the
importance of discovery of first-hand materials and mobilization of students for archival and field work. It also
contends for two other possibilities, technological research can be aligned to intellectual study and history of ideas
to examine architectural, urban and social development, and more attentions should be drawn to the disconnections
and interconnections across the boundary of 1949. |
