| 1945年抗日战争胜利后，中国为落实《都市计划法》，展开了近代时期较为全面的城市规划制定工作。或
因时代变化或因规划本身等原因，多数规划文件被束之高阁，至今尚未被学术界提及的战后广西实验市规划即为
其中之一。论文从城市规划史角度，以邱致中编制的战后广西桂邕柳梧《实验市建设计划草案》为研究对象，在
考察其背景及缘起的基础上，分析了《实验市建设计划草案》的规划内容、特征及思想，为今日深化补充战后重
建的近代城市规划史研究，正确理解城市规划的理想与空想，提供历史性信息与思考。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War in 1945, the National Government made a more comprehensive
planning work of cities in order to implement Urban Planning Act in early-modern China. Most of Them were put
on hold and could not be implemented due to the changes of times or the planning itself. The Experimental Cities
Planning of Guangxi was one of those documents which have not been mentioned in academia so far. The paper
takes Experimental City Construction Plan Drafts of Guilin, Nanning, Liuzhou and Wuzhou as the research objects.
From the perspective of city planning history, this paper investigates the origin and background of the drafts, at the
same time, analyzes its content, characteristics and thoughts. It could provide historical information and reflections
to deepen the study of early-modern planning history, especially to that of reconstruction after the Anti-Japanese
War, and have a correct understanding of ideal and fantasy in urban planning. |
