| Through the retrospection of the social and academic backgrounds of the Porto school and teasing out its
architects’ generation, this paper discusses how the school has risen rapidly and has far-reaching international influence in
the inheritance and criticism of modernism. At the same time, the paper introduced the teaching system of Porto school,
its theoretical construction and representative architects, hoping to have a reference for the current domestic architecture
teaching, theory and practice. |
