      本文从当今中国社会人才需求多样性与建筑人才培养模式单一这一矛盾入手,从教学实践中关注国内现行 建筑教育存在的一些问题。东北大学建筑学院“404工作室”自 2013年开始探索,探讨了一种与现行建筑教育并 存的建筑人才培养拓展模式的策略,并总结了“404工作室”日常教学对学生培养的作用,从而为国内非主流小 规模建筑院校人才培养提出了一种教学改革的拓展思路。
英文摘要:
      This article starts from the contradiction between the diversified demands of Chinese society and the single training mode of architectural talents currently. From the teaching practice, it grasps some problems existing in the domestic architectural education. Through the exploration of “404 studio” from 2013 to the present, this paper discusses a strategy for the development pattern of architectural talents coexisting with the current architectural education, and summarizes the effect of 404 daily teaching on student training. Therefore, it proposes an expansion of teaching reform for the training of talents in non-mainstream small-scale architecture colleges and universities in China.
