| 本文通过回顾新粗野主义伦理美学内涵和低层高密度住宅的设计发展历程，审视建筑师尼弗·布朗的住宅
设计核心思想及其代表作“三部曲”，重点分析了亚历山大路住区的空间结构连续性和粗野主义伦理美学表达，
最后从亚历山大路住区的历史批判和价值回归现象中，总结认为，立足社会关怀以及真实表达材料、功能和结构
的伦理美学，是新粗野主义住宅设计表达理想社会乌托邦的一种有力意象。 |

| By reviewing the ethical aesthetic of New Brutalism and the development of low-rise high-density housing
design, this paper examines Neave Brown’s housing design idea and his masterpiece “the trilogy”, emphatically
exploring the continuity of spatial structure and ethical aesthetic expression in Alexandra Road Estate. From the
historical criticism and value regression of Alexandra Road, this paper concludes that the ethical aesthetic based on
the social attention and true expression of material, function and structure, is a kind of powerful image of utopia
ideal society in New Brutalism house designing. |
