| The article is an overview of the development of Dutch architecture after the Second World War, and
is an attitudinal review of the development of well-known architects, well-known architectural works and publications. By giving an unique insight into the game and wrestle between tradition and modernity, continuity and
renewal, reinvention and activation, competition and strategy, propaganda and sales, era and development, the
cultural characteristics and historical features behind the phenomenon are analyzed with characteristic clues and
perspectives, moreover, the post-war architectural trends and works in the Netherlands and future development
trends are brilliantly reviewed and sharply commented in the context of the complicated times. |
