| 抗日战争爆发后，众多营造厂和建筑团体内迁，加入昆明城市建设的浪潮中，给昆明近代城市的建设带来巨
大变化。随着“大昆明规划”蓝图制定到各类型公共建筑的落成，它们不仅将上海等沿海开埠城市先进的建造经验和
现代建筑思潮带入昆明，也促进了昆明本地的建筑、营造业的蓬勃发展。本文通过搜集整理与营造业相关的管理法
规、重点案例、相关群体三个方面的史料，以梳理战时昆明的营造业发展，并力图展现华盖、兴业、基泰三大事务所的
实践对近代昆明城市建设活动的影响，以期扩充昆明地区“抗战时期”的建筑研究。 |

| After the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War, many construction factories and construction groups
moved to join the rush of urban construction in Kunming, which brought great changes to the modern urban construction
of Kunming. With the formulation of the blueprint of “Great Kunming Planning” and the completion of
various types of public buildings, they not only bring the advanced construction experience and modern architectural
thoughts of Shanghai and other coastal port cities to Kunming, but also promote the vigorous development
of the local construction and construction industry in Kunming. By collecting the historical data of management
regulations, key cases and related groups concerning the construction industry, this paper summarizes the development
of the construction industry in Kunming during the wartime, and tries to show the great influence of The
Allied Architects，Hsin Yieh & Associates, and Kwan, Chu and Yang Architects on the urban construction activities
in modern Kunming, to expand the related architectural research. |
