| With its approach named “Architectural ethnography”, Atelier Bow-Wow shows a strong critical approach to the city and society, and extends the concept of commonality after proposing a behaviorology to research, expressing thoughts on how architecture can respond to the era of egocentrism. This paper explores the theoretical origins of the development of Atelier Bow-Wow from behaviorology to commonality, interprets its meaning in the context of cases study, demonstrates how communality can be realized through a behavioral approach to design, and summarizes its positive implications. |
