| 地块及其格局在历史地段形态和产权制度两个方面具有结构性意义，是“小尺度、渐进式”保护再生模式落地
实施的重要基础。通过对南京老城南小西湖街区地块格局演变研究，提出“地块分级”规划设计策略，并通过实践案
例的验证，完善其可操作性。以期为历史地段保护再生规划设计和建设实施提供学理和法理基础。 |

| The plot pattern has structural meanings in the urban form and property rights of historic area, which are
also an important fundament for the implementation of the “small-scale and gradual” conservation and regeneration
model. Based on the research of the plot pattern evolution of Xiaoxihu block in the old city of Nanjing, “Plot Division”
as a planning and design strategy was proposed, and its operability was verified through practical cases. The aim of this
paper is to provide a theoretical basis for the planning, design and implementation of conservation and regeneration of
historic areas. |
