| This paper departs from close readings of MoMA’s Contemporary Chinese Architecture exhibition and its
related discourse making. It discovers the hidden keywords under the promoted possibility of a new sustainability,
and critically points to the danger of Euro-centrism, anthropocentrism, nationalism as well as sentimental regionalism
that limit such intended promise of architectural development. |
