| 本文分观念和实践两部分。在观念部分通过理论分析，论述了把空间正义作为一个先验理念来认知当前城市更新中所面临问题的必要性；在实践部分通过 URBANUS 都市实践的三个设计案例，论证了用空间正义作为城市更新中项目设计灵感来源的可能性。通过这两方面的论述，用“谁的城市更新”这一问题提出分配正义的理念，将当前的城市更新的机遇转化为解决社会发展不平衡和不充分矛盾的抓手。 |

| This paper is composed of two parts：concept and practice. In the concept part，through theoretical analysis，it discusses the necessity of taking spatial justice as a priori idea to understand the problems faced in the current urban renewal；in the practice part，through three design cases by URBANUS，the possibility of using spatial justice as the inspiration of project design in urban renewal is demonstrated. These two aspects bring up the concept of “distributive justice” with the issue of “whose urban renewal”，and emphasis on an urgent opportunity of how to take the advantage of urban renewal to solve the imbalance and insufficient contradictions in current social development. |
