      本文以麻省理工学院、耶鲁大学、哈佛大学、加利福尼亚大学伯克利分校、宾夕法尼亚大学建筑院校的城市设计概论类课程为例,通过分析课程设置,总结了实地参观与讲课结合、重视阅读及研讨环节、专题为线索组织课程的三大教学特点,并提出课程的三个主要影响因素,为我国城市设计概论类课程建设提供参考。
英文摘要:
      This paper studies the teaching of the Introduction to Urban Design Courses of the five American Architectural Schools—MIT, Yale, Havard, Berkley and UPenn. Based on analysis of their curriculum, three teaching characteristics are identified as: field study combined with lectures, readings and seminars well structured, lectures organized through topics. Also the influential factors are discussed. This paper provides reference for China’s urban design introduction courses.
