      文教区规划是现代城市规划理论之城市功能分区思想的产物,其建设情况反映出社会实践对规划理论的响应逻辑。在广泛查阅原始档案资料的基础上,对新中国成立初期北京文教区规划情况进行了系统梳理,重点分析了以1954年国家计委审查意见为标志的有关北京文教区规划的争论及其原委,进而以文教区规划为切入点阐述了规划理论与社会实践的响应关系及其影响因素。
英文摘要:
      The planning of cultural and educational district is the product of the urban functional zoning thought of modern urban planning theory,and its construction reflects the response logic of social practice to the planning theory. On the basis of extensive reference to the original archives,this paper systematically combs the planning of Beijing Cultural and Educational District in the early period of the founding of new China,and focuses on the analysis of the controversy and the original cause of the planning of Beijing Cultural and Educational District marked by the review opinions of the State Development Planning Commission in 1954,and then expounds the response relationship between planning theory and social practice and its influencing factors from the perspective of the planning of Beijing Cultural and Educational district.
