| 革命纪念地规划是新中国城市规划史上独具特色的重要规划实践。在广泛查阅一批原始档案资料的基础上，对国庆十周年前后（1959—1960年）遵义、井冈山、韶山和延安4市首批开展革命纪念地规划实践的情况进行了历史考察，梳理了革命纪念地规划的目的、任务、指导思想以及主要规划内容和技术方法。在此基础上，进一步揭示了首批革命纪念地规划实践在新中国城市规划史上的重要意义，并对当代规划工作提出若干启示。新时代条件下，革命纪念城市应当编制专门的革命纪念系统规划；应当以革命纪念城市为试点对象，探索区域性、复合型文化遗产保护利用的理论与方法。 |

| The planning of revolutionary memorial sites is a unique and important planning practice in the history of urban planning in New China. Based on extensive review of a batch of original archival materials, a historical investigation was conducted on the first batch of revolutionary memorial site planning practices carried out in Zunyi, Jinggangshan, Shaoshan, and Yan'an before and after the 10th anniversary of the founding of P.R.China. The purpose, tasks, guiding ideology, main planning content, and technical methods of revolutionary memorial site planning were sorted out. On this basis, the important significance of the planning practice of revolutionary memorial sites in four cities in the history of urban planning in New China was further revealed, and several inspirations were proposed for contemporary planning work. Under the conditions of the new era, revolutionary memorial cities should formulate specialized plans for revolutionary memorial systems; We should take revolutionary commemorative cities as pilot objects and explore theories and methods for the protection and utilization of regional and composite cultural heritage. |
