| 近现代体育建筑遗产作为城市发展与城市精神的见证，蕴含着丰富的历史与人文信息，但其价值认知和
保护利用一直未引起足够的重视。在对近现代体育建筑遗产保护发展历程梳理的基础上，基于《中国 20 世纪
建筑遗产认定标准》，通过与历史建筑价值标准比较，认为体育建筑遗产具有社会历史、科学技术、人文精神、
艺术美学和整体环境五类价值。结合实际案例，提出挖掘价值并全面评估、制定针对性保护措施、注重功能的
活化利用、构建城市景观意象四种建议，以期为国内体育建筑遗产的保护发展提供参考。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| As a witness of urban development and urban spirit，modern sports architectural heritage contains rich
historical and humanistic information，but its value cognition and protection and utilization have not been paid
enough attention. On the basis of combing the development history of modern sports architectural heritage protection，based
on the Recognition Criteria of China’s 20th
Century Architectural Heritage，and by comparing with
the value criteria for historical buildings，it is believed that sports architectural heritage has ffve types of values：
social history，science and technology，humanism，art and aesthetics，and the overall environment. Combined with
real cases，four suggestions are put forward to excavate the value and comprehensively assess it，formulate targeted
protection measures，focus on the revitalization and utilization of functions，and construct urban landscape
imagery，with a view to providing references for the protection and development of domestic sports architectural
heritage. |
