| 上海当前在倡导“开放式街区”理念与保障性租赁住房社区建设的结合，以缓解当前上海存在的一些城市问题，并促进城市住区向开放式街区转向。本文以运用“开放式街区”作为核心设计理念的上海集中新建型保障性租赁住房社区为研究对象，在“开放式街区”概念与特征的基础上，结合城市居住形态学构建研究理论框架，深入研究上海开放式保障性租赁住房社区的空间形态与开放性设计，总结设计模式并剖析建设现状，进而为“开放式街区”住区的建设与发展提供有价值的参考。 |

| Shanghai is currently promoting the integration of the "open block" concept with the construction of indemnificatory rental housing communities to alleviate some of the city's urban issues and encourage the transition of urban residential areas toward open blocks. This paper takes the Shanghai centralized newly-built indemnificatory rental housing community, which uses "open blocks" as the core design concept, as the research object. Based on the concept and characteristics of "open blocks", combined with urban residential morphology, a research theoretical framework is constructed to deeply study the spatial form and open design of Shanghai's open indemnificatory rental housing community. Then the design mode will be summarized and the construction status is analyzed, providing valuable reference for the construction and development of "open blocks" residential areas. |
