| 摘要：TOD的建设伴随着城市发展和更新的过程，其发展作为一种城市切片，融入城市的整体系统的更新中。本文旨在TOD发展的摸索中，辨析以价值增量为导向的存量控制、以慢行体验和价值为导向的价值圈层内—外营建，新—旧并置下的时空矩阵，刚性与弹性的迭代整合，以及多元价值机制驱动下多维一体化等空间特性，进一步阐释TOD发展作为城市更新中的内在驱动和相互之间的互鉴意义。 |

| Abstract：The development of TOD is a process of urban development and renewal，and its development serves as a city slice that integrates into the overall system of urban renewal. This paper aims to identify the spatial characteristics of TOD development，such as value-added-oriented stock control，value-oriented inner-outer construction based on pedestrian experience，a temporal matrix of new-old coexistence under the value circle，iterative integration of rigidity and flexibility，and multi-dimensional integration driven by diverse value mechanisms，in order to further elucidate the intrinsic driving force and mutual reference significance of TOD development as an urban renewal. |
