| The development of TOD is a process of urban development and renewal，and its development serves as
a city slice that integrates into the overall system of urban renewal. This paper aims to identify the spatial characteristics of TOD development，such as value-added-oriented stock control，value-oriented inner-outer construction
based on pedestrian experience，a temporal matrix of new-old coexistence under the value circle，iterative integration of rigidity and flexibility，and multi-dimensional integration driven by diverse value mechanisms，in order
to further elucidate the intrinsic driving force and mutual reference significance of TOD development as an urban
renewal. |
