| The interview starts from Stan Allen’s deep study of landscape urbanism theories to introduce the dis-
cussion about relationship of landscape between architecture and urbanism，which unfolds the concepts such as infrastructural urbanism，landform building and field architecture that he has focused on recently. These concepts make landscape become a dynamic model to connect architecture and urbanism. He proposes that urban infra-
structure could act as a generalized framework with objects that are growing naturally in the field，combined with the questions reflected by contemporary complexity and landscape urbanism. |
