| 通过探索康斯坦丁诺斯·道萨迪亚斯“人居社区”研究目的与方法，分析城市“模块”实践作为动态城市单元、现代标准性、历史在地性等特征，发现Ekistics社区研究中现代性与地方性在规模与尺度、历史与现代、自然与城市三方面具有辩证与统一关系，揭示城市复杂性背景下道氏理论与实践中的矛盾与偏差，以期对国内当下城市社区建设有所启示，并以此纪念道萨迪亚斯诞辰110周年。 |

| By exploring the research objectives and methods of the Doxiadis’“Human Community”（HUCO），and analyzing the city“modulus” as the future dynamic urban unit，modern standardization and historical locality，the paper find that the relationship between modernity and locality in Ekistics community research is dialectical and unified in three aspects：size and scale，history and modernity，nature and urban，and reveal the contradictions and deviations between Doxiadis’theory and practice under the background of urban complexity，which provides inspiration for the current urban community construction in China，and commemorates the 110th anniversary of Doxiadis’ birth. |
