| 文章提出中国“社会主义建成遗产”的本土概念，并深度阐述其国际语境。首先，结合概念释义和相近
术语辨析，论述中国社会主义建成遗产的独特性、正当性及其重要性；其次，通过梳理海量政府机关、学术组
织的文件、书籍、年鉴等资料，系统考察与国际相对标的“社会主义遗产”概念的发展源流，廓清其从多时期
遗存价值探讨、概念渐趋明确，到多元保护方法探索的倡议历程；而后，选取具有典型意义的苏联 / 俄罗斯、
中东欧、前南斯拉夫等（后）社会主义国家 / 地区的范例，概述该类遗产在立法、申遗、登录、宣传、旅游等方
面的国际保护实践现状；最后，探讨各个国家 / 地区的实践经验对中国社会主义建成遗产保护的启示，旨在抛
砖引玉，呼吁社会各界重视这类当代遗产的研究和保护。 |

| This paper proposed the local concept of the socialist built heritage (SBH) of China and elaborated its
international context in depth. Firstly, the uniqueness, legitimacy and signiffcance of SBH were discussed in the
light of the interpretation of the concept and the identiffcation of similar terms. Secondly, after reviewing a large
number of offfcial documents, books and yearbooks of governmental organs and academic organizations, the international
relative concept of socialist heritage was sorted out systematically, and the history of the initiative from
the exploration of the value of the remnants in multiple periods, the clariffcation of the concept to the exploration
of diversiffed preservation methods was clariffed. Afterwards, typical examples of (post) socialist countries/regions
were selected, such as Soviet Union/Russia, Central and Eastern Europe, and the former Yugoslavia, to summarize
the current status of international conservation practices in the areas of legislation, inscription, logging, publicity,
and tourism. Finally, the practical experience of each country/region was explored to inspire the preservation of
SBH in China, with the aim of calling on all sectors of society to pay attention to the preservation and research of
this type of contemporary heritage. |
